| Fully Sealed Pushbutton Range Series 49-59
The Series 49-59 is available with a choice of round, round with
status illumination (flying leads only), or square bezels and with 6
button colour variants. The body and button are made from PBT, a hard
wearing thermoplastic polyester that is suitable for surface or
sublimation printing or engraving.

| Fully Sealed Pushbutton Range Series 58M-EM
ITW Switches 58M-EM series is a range of fully sealed metal push button switches with integral wire leads.
Built on the proven series 48 platform these rugged switches are available with either stainless steel or aluminium housings.
The switches are electro-mechanical with either momentary or
maintained action, in both illuminated and non-illuminated versions. The
variety of options in this compact package size make the 58M-EM ideal

| Panel Sealed Pushbutton Range Series 47
Low Cost Sealed Pushbutton Switch
The series 47 is an uniquely designed sealed miniature pushbutton
switch. The silicone button and body can be panel mounted and
terminated with a standard connector or mounted in a P.C. board. The
switches come in two levels of sealing: a panel sealed only version and a
fully sealed version with epoxy sealed base. Both meet respective IP67
requirements. The buttons are available in seven different colours.
All this at a very affordable price.

Miniature Hall-Effect Sealed Pushbutton Switches
This rugged sealed pushbutton switch uses a Hall-Effect sensor to
achieve extremely long life, up to 1,000,000 cycles momentary. This
switch is suited for harsh environments where long life and reliability
are needed, and offers a wide choice of mounting style, colours,
terminations, lighting and momentary or maintained switching.
Designer kits are now available for the Series 48SS. Building on a
basic Solid-state switch body, more than 1500+ combinations of mounting
styles, terminations, bezels, LED colours (or non-illuminated),
momentary or alternate action switching types can be configured and
tested.

Flex-Tech Miniature Panel Sealed Metal Pushbutton Switches
The 57M is a miniature, rugged vandal resistant switch. The housing
is zinc alloy with velour chrome plating. It is available as
maintained or momentary action and illuminated and non-illuminated
versions. Electro-mechanical operation with Gold plated contacts and
solder terminals. It is ideal for a multitude of applications.

ITW created the 13mm Series 59 miniature sealed pushbutton switches, and

| Panel Sealed Pushbutton Range Series 76-91
ITW Switches 76-91 series is a robust switch design for demanding environmental applications.
The snap-action switch mechanism provides high quality switching behind an ice proof, flexible actuator.
The body of the Flexibutton is flame retardant to UL94-VO approval and the switch is panel sealed to IP67.
The range offers the choice of six button colours with solder/quick connect terminals as standard.
Single and double pole versions are available in momentary or
alternate actions. A locknut and sealing washer are supplied with the
switch.

| Panel Sealed Pushbutton Range Series 76-94
The ITW Switches 76-94 Series has been designed to cover a wide range of
harsh environment applications. The range is available in 3 styles,
pushbutton, rotary and panel lamp.
The pushbutton come in four button styles with 3 colour options and
has solder/faston terminals as standard. The rotary is a single pole, 2
position, snap action switch with green or red spot indicator on the
black actuator. To complete the range an indicator version is available
with red, green or amber lens.
The entire range is panel sealed to IP67 and due to the construction
and materials used, are all capable of surviving the impact of a 5kg
mass dropped from 40cm (20J). All the bezels and the actuators of the
pushbuttons and rotaries are made from a non sparking zinc alloy whilst
the panel lamp lens is manufactured from polycarbonate, which maintains
the specification of the range.
The features of the series make it ideal for robust, potentially explosive environments, such as the mining industry.

| Panel Sealed Pushbutton Range Series 76-97
ITW Switches 76-97 Series is a range of robust, front mounting, plastic
push button switches. The 76-97 series can be used in momentary or
maintained mode.
In addition the buttons carry a brightly coloured switch indicator
which gives an 'at a glance' recognition of the mode currently in use.
Buttons and status rings can be supplied in a variety of colours or to
customers own specifications.
The 76-97 utilises ITW's proven Series 16 snap action microswitch.

ITW Switches Series 57 is a range of miniature, momentary action, rugged
panel sealed pushbutton switches with a round button and bezel.
The series is available with or without LED status illumination. A locknut is supplied with each switch.
The body and button are manufactured from a non-spark zinc alloy and are velour chrome plated.
It is panel sealed to IP67 and is designed to be impact resistant.
The small size, robustness and panel sealing make this switch ideal in
harsh environments.
The illuminated version is available with a choice of two high brightness LED colours.

| Vandal Resistant Pushbutton Range Series 76-95
ITW Switches 76-95 Series have been designed to withstand impacts of
significant force, making them extremely rugged and ideally suited to
applications in which vandal resistance is a necessity.
The switch body and buttons are machined from hard wearing stainless
steel and come in both front and rear mounting styles. The front
mounting versions have a low profile bezel that protrudes a maximum of
2.5mm from the front panel, including sealing washer, while the rear
mounting version is capable of providing a flush interface when viewed
from the front.
Both switches make it very difficult for a vandal to get an object behind in order to lever the switch from its mounting.
The 76-95 Series all provide momentary action and are based on our
proven Series 16 snap action microswitch. Connections are made via the
solder terminals at the rear of the switch."
