Protecting the environment is important to both KukDong and it's customers. That's why as well as the ubiquitous drab olive, KukDong can also provide RoHS compliant parts across many of its product ranges. RoHS compliant MIL-C shells now utilise Black Electro Deposition coatings. RoHS compliance is independently tested/certified by the Korea Testing Laboratory.

MIL-C 5015 connectors

MIL-DTL-5015, Low (standard) Density, highly durable multi-pin, threaded, circular Military and Commercial connectors are designed for use in fixed or mobile military equipment, industrial machine tools, robotics and automation, and on trucks, buses, ships and aircraft.
These connectors are designed to fully conform to all the material and performance requirements of the MIL-C-5015 specification. KD 5015 connectors are fully intermateable and interchangeable with all other manufacturers 5015 connectors.

MIL-C 26482 connectors

MIL-DTL-26482 Medium Density multi-pin, bayonet locking, miniature military circular connector ~ rugged construction with minimum weight. These connectors are designed to conform to the materials and performance requirements of the MIL-C-26482 series 1 specification. KD 26482 connectors are fully intermateable and interchangeable with all other manufacturers 26482 connectors.

VG95234 Reverse Bayonet connectors

The KDB circular Bayonet coupling connector series was designed in accordance with VG95234 specification. This highly reliable connector series is an improvement on the well established MIL-C-5015 type. The KDB series has a proven bayonet coupling design that offers exceptional anti-vibration, environmental sealing against fluid and easy connection /disconnection. Connectors in accordance with VG95234 are interchangeable with the corresponding MIL-C-5015 connector. Both connector lines feature the same shell dimensions and contacts layouts. However, due to the different coupling systems (MIL-C-5105 threaded coupling, VG95234 bayonet coupling) they are not intermateable. KDB 95234 connectors are fully intermateable and interchangeable with all other manufacturers VG95234 connectors.

MIL-C 22992 connectors

KukDong's heavy duty connectors are the largest size cylindrical connectors, highly suitable for industrial or military applications, and designed to meet the demands of heavy power interconnections, Manufactured from high strength aluminium allows these heavy duty connectors to withstand high impact which makes them suitable for harsh environments. - Military ground vehicles / mobile facilities, Geophysical / heavy equipment - Power distribution systems

MIL-DTL-55181 connectors

MW 55181 connectors are rugged, proven reliable, and are designed for power and control interconnections. They feature a centre-locking, double-lead screw for maximum reliability with a fold-down, wing-blade handle. They are waterproof and withstand extreme ranges of environmental conditions encountered by ground support equipment. The MW connectors meet all requirements of MIL-DTL-55181

MIL-DTL-55116 connectors

These connectors are universally used in communications equipment where the highest reliability under the most severe environmental conditions are encountered. Mating is accomplished quickly with a twist-lock motion. Non-rigid contacts are spring-loaded and provide positive electrical connection with minimum voltage drop.
