In2Connect work with Kabelwerke Villingen, a medium sized cable manufacturer with much experience in the design and production of special and custom cables for the machine tool industry, medical systems, audio - video systems, automation and robotic systems as well as for measurement and control.

Cable insulating and sheathing materials used are many and various ranging from PVC to TPR, PUR and LSF, and braided copper and/or Aluminium foil screens.

Copper wire or solid wire, bare or tinned,
standard or special constructions.

Insulation materials:
PVC, TPE-E, TPE-O, PE and PP, Teflon
halogen free materials with different
degrees of resistance to flammability.

Twisting:
Twisting in layers or pairs up to 61 cores/pairs, mixed constructions with different cross sections, coaxial elements

Screening:
Individual screening of cores or pairs
as well as total screening by lapped
or braided copper wires, bare or tinned,
diameter 0.05 up to 0.20 mm, ST-screen
of aluminium or copper bonded polyester foil,
PE-semi-conductive layer.

Outer sheath:
PVC, TPE-E, TPE-O, TPE-U, PE and
halogen free materials with different
degrees of resistance to flammability -
also available acc. to IEC 60332-3 C.
